I can help get your family back on track for delicious, nutritious family meals with clean all natural whole foods. We can discuss what foods work best for you and your family paying attention to any allergies and sensitivities. You will learn about immune boosting foods that can work for your body. Let’s stock your pantry with healthy foods and snacks for your family! Most consultations are 1-2 hours, with continued support available. Cost: $100 for first hour, $50 for second.

Do you feel overwhelmed by natural food choices in the supermarket? Do you want to choose healthier personal care options but don't know where to start? Are you trying to make sense of all the labels and conflicting information? I can help! Let my expertise, research and time work for you. Sessions are typically 1 -2 hours and include a discussion on family needs and good options to switch in. Snacks, school lunches, breakfast, dinner, and dessert will all be discussed. Each meeting is specifically tailored for the client's needs and goals. Cost $100 for first hour, $50 for second.

Maybe you just need recipe suggestions. You may want to cook healthier but you don't know where to start. I know how overwhelming that can be because I was there 5 years ago! I can meet with you in person or virtually and help create a meal plan for you and your family. This can include specific recipes, food shopping lists, food blogs suggestions, ingredients to avoid, and pantry evaluations. I can read labels with you and explain which additives and ingredients to avoid. We can move at your pace, as I realize that people have various individual goals.
